Daneen (a.k.a. DaySouffle) is a classically trained chef who blends all the rules. She has had a love affair with food all her life.
Originally from Texas, where all family gatherings centered around eating, she grew up standing on a chair next to the kitchen counter, watching, learning and eating scraps of cookie dough.
Daneen has been cooking professionally (Daily Squares) in Southern California for the past 10 years as a private chef for celebrities like Russell Brand and rock legends U2.
Daneen is also a content contributor for Nobleman Magazine, and is Resident Food and Wellness Expert for Yoga Wake Up.
When she’s not cooking or writing, you can find her paddle boarding on the ocean, playing golf, camping in the desert or practicing yoga.
Favorite Foods: Wild mushrooms sautéed in butter, and a grilled ribeye, of course.
